And here is a wonderful view of my city, on a cloudy day. This picture was taken from the raised train station, and if you can find the building with the giant B on it, that’s my supermarket. My apartment is behind it somewhere. 🙂
Isesaki is a interesting city…in some places you can find houses that have been there for years, and you wonder at what they’ve seen. Other homes are quite new, as you can tell by the sliding metal over the windows.
I’ll be taking pictures of these things as well, to hopefully give you a nice image of what it’s like to live in Japan (besides earthquakes).
