A cool thing about Japan is the make-your-own-dessert at the Viking restaurants(All You Can Eat / Buffet places). So, after dinner one day in Takasaki…I made this!
(and apparently didn’t realize that my picture focused on the street out the window rather than my dessert 😦 ).
Bottom Layer – Chocolate Chiffon Cake
Second Layer – Soft Vanilla Ice Cream
Third Layer – little bit more Chocolate Chiffon Cake
Fourth Layer – little bit more Soft Vanilla Ice Cream
Fifth Layer – Dripping Chocolate sauce from the Chocolate Fountain
Extra Bits – Then took three pretz sticks (salty pretzel sticks) and stuck marshmallows on top of them.
Special Part – Made the manager laugh (it’s always fun to do that!)
