On the way back home from Ikebukuro, my husband and I stopped at a bagel store. Now, normally in Japan, bagels are sad things that you need to pile lots of cream cheese / onion / something on to make edible. This is true in my ‘country’ city of Isesaki…but in Tokyo….ah, real bagels!
Or, bagels with ice cream inside? Hmmm, this might be a good idea. We were too stuffed with dinner (soup!), but the next time we go there in the summer, maybe around August 13th with a friend, I wanna stop here again and get one. Maybe the blueberry… 🙂
